How to prepare it? 

1. Add 1 scoop (1.5g) of matcha powder into a bowl and pour 2 oz hot water (140 ºF). Whisk until frothy.
2. For a hot matcha latte: add a cup of hot milk of your choice. 
3. For a cold matcha latte: add a cup of cold milk and pour over ice.
